HeartPrint helps you capture the stories behind your photos, videos, and messages, and turn them into something worth keeping and passing on. AI does the remembering, organizing, and noticing; you stay the author of what it all means.
Private by default. Your photos and words stay yours.
The problem
Somewhere in your camera roll is the trip that changed you, the ordinary Tuesday that stuck, the last picture of someone you loved. The photos are safe. The stories are not — they live only in you, and no one has ever asked for them.
Why it’s different
Apple, Google, and Dropbox are where photos live — and they’re excellent at it. But a photo becomes a HeartPrint only when a person gives it meaning, and that’s the one thing storage can’t do for you.
vs. Apple & Google Photos
Search finds “beach, 2019.” It can’t find “the morning we scattered Dad’s ashes and ended up laughing.” HeartPrint holds the part of the picture the camera never captured — your words, attached forever.
vs. ChatGPT
Ask an AI to “tell your life story” and it will happily invent one. HeartPrint’s Journeyist AI never interprets — it notices what you brought in and asks the small, human questions: “You said grilling — who was there?” Your answer is the story.
HeartPrint
Part scrapbook, part diary, part family record — built from what you already have, one moment at a time. AI drafts are clearly marked until you make them yours. Your words always win.
Examples
A photo, a message, or a moment, plus the part only you know.
A real text thread between Erika and Aziz, saved as a heartifact with the HeartTags Birthday, Gratitude, and Mentorship.
The photo shows what happened. Your words hold what it meant to you.
The people, places, and moments that stay with you, gathered into chapters.
A brother who knows you best. Someone whose words stayed with you. HeartPrint starts with what matters to you.
How it works
Your photo library, a folder, Google Photos, or a story told out loud. Meaning comes after — nothing is sorted or thrown away for you.
One question after each capture: how much do you want to reflect on this? A little, some, or “let’s make a page.”
Moments become chapters of your story — the Mexico years, first semester, the year everything changed — with the people who shared them.
Pages built around your moments — something you can hold, keep, and pass on. Many pages can ripple out of one moment.
Why HeartPrint exists
In October 2023, the vision for HeartPrint came to me: a place where people could be seen, heard, and heal by sharing their stories without shame.
I live my life in HeartPrints right now. I know that’s a weird thing to say. But it’s true for me, and building this has made me pay more attention to the things that matter.
Capturing and telling your story to the right people at the right time really is healing. That’s why HeartPrint houses everything for you, and then you can share the chapters as they become relevant to whoever you choose.
The easiest way to understand HeartPrint in words? It’s the Story of You… that becomes the Story of Us.
Thank you for being here.
